Tenders are invited for Provision of External Audit Services. Location: Nyanza Deadline: Friday, 23/10/2026 14:00 IGICUMBI SACCO Nyanza hereby invites eligible, qualified, and licensed audit firms to submit sealed & emailed tenders for the provision of external audit services for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. 1. Scope of the Services The scope of the audit assignment includes: Statutory audit of the SACCOs financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA); Review of internal controls, compliance, and governance systems; Issuance of an independent audit opinion and management letter; Presentation of audit findings to Management and/or the General Assembly, if required. 2. Eligibility Requirements Interested bidders must: Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Rwanda; Be in good standing with relevant professional bodies; Have proven experience in auditing SACCOs, cooperatives, or financial institutions; Possess qualified and experienced audit staff. 3. Non-Refundable Tender Fee A non-refundable tender fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) is required.
