The Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-1 To R2162-6 And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 1,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Contract. It Is Placed On A Flat Rate And Firm Unit Price Schedule. It Begins Upon Receipt Of The First Purchase Order And Ends Upon Acceptance Of The Services During The End-Of-Mission Assessment Or At The Latest 48 Months After Its Start.
