Carpentry Installation Work – Mhh - I02 - Mod. Windows/Doors Facade Krr - Trade: Timber Frame Construction And Windows. As Part Of The Roof And Facade Renovation Of Building I02 At The Hannover Medical School, Extensive Carpentry And Timber Construction Work As Well As The Replacement Of Windows Are Planned. The Construction Project Is Carried Out As A Renovation During Ongoing Operations And Is Therefore Carried Out In Several Construction Phases. Access And Logistics On The Site Change Depending On The Construction Phase. Production And Delivery Take Place In Individual Stages. The Tendered Carpentry Work Includes The Demolition Of Approx. 1,000 M2 Of Existing Glass-Aluminium Window Facade As Well As Components Containing Asbestos And Pcbs. Approximately 1,850 M2 Of Pre-Hung Wooden Frame Walls Are Then Installed, Including 200 Mm Mineral Wool Insulation And Room-Side Planking. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of New Wood-Aluminum Windows, Aluminum Swing Doors, External Venetian Blinds And Window Sills. The Creation Of The Work And Assembly Planning As Well As The Static Calculations Are Also Part Of The Order. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Technical Regulations, Accident Prevention Regulations And The Hygienic And Operational Requirements Of The Mhh. The Work Is Carried Out While The Building Is In Full Operation. The Contractor Must Plan And Carry Out All Measures In Such A Way That Operations, Particularly The Operation Of Sensitive Areas (E.G. Laboratories), Are Not Impaired At Any Time. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Find Out About The Local Conditions, Operational Processes And The Hygienic And Safety Requirements. The Resulting Expenses Must Be Included In The Standard Prices. Additional Claims For Compensation From This Cannot Be Asserted. In Particular, The Following Services And Requirements Are Part Of The Order: - Compliance With The In-House Hygiene, Safety And Access Regulations - Execution While Permanently Ensuring The Tightness Of The Building - Provision And Use Of Suitable Protective Measures Against Dust, Noise, Vibrations And Especially Moisture - Execution Of Noise-Intensive Work Only After Prior Coordination And Approval With The Local Construction Supervision And The Operator - Ensuring The Function Of All Technical Systems, In Particular Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Emergency Power And Medical Technology Facilities. Protection Of Running Systems (Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Emergency Power). Temporary Shutdowns Only After Approval. Ensuring The Function Of Medical Ventilation Systems - Maintaining And Keeping Clear Of All Escape And Rescue Routes As Well As All Fire Brigade Access Routes And Fire Station Areas - Effective Security Of The Construction Site Against Unauthorized Third Parties (Patients, Staff And Visitors, Etc.) At All Times - Compliance With All Applicable Occupational Health And Safety, Accident Prevention And Hygiene Regulations - The Contractor Is Liable For A
