Low-Floor Buses – Manufacture And Supply Of Twenty-Three (23) Low-Floor Electric Buses. The Client Intends To Procure A Total Of Twenty-Three (23) Low-Floor Electric Buses, Consisting Of Ten (10) Electric Solo Buses And Thirteen (13) Articulated Electric Buses. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Equip The Client With Long-Term Electric Buses Approved Under Current German Law With A Long Service Life And Mileage, Low Energy Consumption And Optimized Maintenance Costs For Use Across The Clients Entire Route Network. The Order Is To Be Financed With Grants. The Funding Period Bindingly Given By The Funding Provider Objectively Limits The Service Period, Which Is Why The Service Must Be Provided In Full By The End Of August 2028; No Postponement Is Planned. The Client Reserves The Right To Reduce The Procurement Quantity By Up To Two (2) Low-Floor Electric Buses, Depending On The Extent To Which The Budget And Funding Provided Have Been Exceeded. The Final Number Of Units Will Be Determined Uniformly For All Bidders With The Request To Submit A Revised Offer. There Will Be No Bidder-Specific Quantity Adjustment. The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To An Overall Financing Requirement, I.E. Subject To The Provision Of Budget And Funding, As Well As The Approval Of The Responsible Decision-Making Bodies (E.G. Shareholders). The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure In Whole Or In Part If Financing Is Not Fully Secured, The Overall Budget Is Exceeded, Funds Are Not Provided On Time Or To The Extent Required, Or The Responsible Decision-Making Bodies Do Not Agree To The Award Of The Contract. The Client Also Reserves The Right To Make Changes And Adjustments To The Project, The Tender Documents And The Procedure.
