Tenders are invited for Consultant to Conduct a Full Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (Esia) for Cooperative Solar Energy Systems Service Location: Bethlehem The Applied Research Institute Jerusalem (ARIJ), in partnership with We Effect, is implementing the project under the Palestine CSO Programme 20262028, funded by Sida through We Effect. ARIJ intends to procure and install distributed solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems across three target cooperatives: 1. Kafr ad-Dik Facility: Al-Inmaa Cooperative for Livestock Development Located in Kafr ad-Dik, Salfit Governorate (Livestock feed production and livestock development). 2. Abu Dis Facility: Arab Renaissance Cooperative for Dairy Manufacturing & Livestock Development Located in Abu Dis, Jerusalem Governorate (Dairy processing, cold storage, and livestock housing). 3. Idhna Facility: Naqa Cooperative for Electronic Waste Management Located in Idhna, Hebron Governorate (Electronic waste collection, sorting, dismantling, and material recovery). As part of the project activities ARIJ is seeking a competitive offer from consulting company to conduct a Full Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for Cooperative Solar Energy Systems. The applying firm must have the demonstrable capability to carry out the scope of work of this assignment and must have the required capacity and suitable experts in this field. In addition, the company has to send the CVs of its experts and previously performed related activities. Interested and qualified consultancy firms are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals to carry out the consultancy assignment in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to ARIJ no later than midday on 10/10/2026. A valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to your offer.
