Tenders are invited for PR, Communication, and Event Management Services under the Afin Ii Project Objective of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to contract with a qualified public relations and event management service provider to support the GIZ communication team for the AFIN II Project in professional coordination and following up on the implementation of project-related events and communication activities under the AFIN II project for the remaining project duration. The selected service provider will follow up and support the AFIN team and other service providers in the implementation of events. Including the provision of necessary logistical, technical, and visibility services. This includes event logistics, including audiovisual setup, event branding, and documentation, ensuring that all events are executed professionally and seamlessly. In addition, the service provider will support the design, production, and printing of communication and visibility materials to effectively communicate project activities and results to relevant stakeholders. All communication products and event branding must comply with the visibility and branding guidelines of GIZ, BMZ, and other relevant partners.
