Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Sludge Suction (Car + Crew – 2 People) For Roskilde Power Plant. This Tender Concerns The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Sludge Suction (Car + Crew – 2 People) At Roskilde Power Plant. The Tasks Relate To Flushing And/Or Suction In Various Places At And Near The Cogeneration Plant And Similar Tasks. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 4 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For 4 Times 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded To One Supplier. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For The Entire Agreement Period, Incl. Option Period Is Estimated, Based On Future Expected Need/Based On Past Consumption, To Be Dkk 11,000,000 The Estimated Value Is Purely Indicative And Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Volume Can Vary Both Upwards And Downwards During The Agreement Period. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 16,500,000. The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Divide The Framework Agreement Into Partial Contracts, As It Is Not Considered Appropriate, Including That Tasks Involving Sludge Suction Require Coordination With Different Groups Of Employees At The Cogeneration Plant, Which One Supplier Can Better Guarantee, And That Partial Agreements Would Divide Responsibility In A Way That Makes It Difficult To Handle Errors And Deficiencies. The Clients Requirements For The Services And Contract Terms Appear In The Contract, Including Annexes.
