Software-Related Services - Renewal Of The Annual Fee Of Gis License Packages (Esri Arcgis And Ut For Arcgis) And Gis Maintenance For A Period Of Three Years (2). The Subject Of The Order Is: - The Renewal Of The Annual Fee For The License Packages For Esri Arcgis And Ut For Arcgis, Which Are Currently In Use By The Client, And Gis Maintenance For A Period Of Three Years, - Also The Possibility Of Purchasing Licenses For Users And The Environment Of The Gis System, - Also The Possibility Of Purchasing A Gis Application For Optical Network Management, - Also The Possibility Of Purchasing A Gis Mobile Application. Gis Adjustments And Upgrades Are Also Included In The Orders, Which Mean Any Improved, Corrected Or New Version Of Part Or All Of The Gis. The Contract, Except For The Renewal Of The Annual Fee For The License Packages For Esri Arcgis And Ut For Arcgis, Which The Client Is Currently Using, And The Maintenance Of The Gis For A Period Of Three Years (First Indent), Will Be Concluded For The Period From The Signature Until 24/12/2029. For The Renewal Of The Annual Fee Of The License Packages For Esri Arcgis And Ut For Arcgis Currently In Use By The Subscriber, As Well As The Maintenance Of The Gis For A Period Of Three Years, The Contract Will Be Concluded From 24/12/2026 To 24/12/2029, And In Relation To This Paragraph, The Contract Periods Shall Not Start Earlier Than 24/12/2026, In Accordance With The Current Expiration Of The Maintenance Of The Existing Licenses.
