The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses Or From Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The Sędziejowice Commune. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Each Amount Of Municipal Waste, Which Will Be Placed Next To The Containers: A) In A Transparent Bag, Marked With An Inscription Visible From A Distance With The Fraction It Contains, B) Placed Next To A Given Container In Bags Corresponding In Color To A Given Fraction Of The Collected Waste, But Without Markings Specifying The Waste Fraction. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract Is 3,641 Mg. 3. The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes. 2) Equipment Of All Owners Of The Above-Mentioned Real Estate With Containers And Bags For Municipal Waste, 3) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Equipping The Point With Appropriate Containers, 4) Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste. 5) Preparation And Implementation Of An Educational Campaign.
