Mixed Municipal Waste, Bio-Waste And Sorting Residues Intended For Storage, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. 4) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor(S) Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Who, During The Execution Of The Order, Directly Perform Technical Activities In The Field Of Collection, Loading And Disposal Of Waste, Qualified As Vehicle Drivers And Manual Workers.
