The County Council Therefore Needs A More Comprehensive Solution With Better Functionality, Simpler Administration And Better Interaction Between The Systems At The Two School Sites. The Simulators Are To Be Used In Training In Navigation, Vessel Manoeuvring, Radio Communication, Interaction And Situational Awareness. The Solution Must Support Both The Continuation Of Existing Courses And The Development Of New Training Offers, And Must Be Able To Be Used In Teaching For Several Certificate Courses As Well As By External Users. It Is Therefore Important That The Solution Provides Realistic Training Opportunities, High Educational Value And Good User-Friendliness For Both Students, Teachers And Instructors. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Complete Navigation Simulators For Both School Locations. The Delivery Shall Include Simulator Stations For Students And Instructors, Necessary Hardware And Software, Associated Licences, Cabling, Integration With Relevant Existing Equipment And Adapted Furniture. The Delivery Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Upon Takeover. The Solution Will Facilitate Realistic Training In Navigation, Manoeuvring, Gmdss Communication, Interaction Between Vessels And Exercises Across Disciplines. The Simulators Must Be Able To Be Controlled Collectively From The Instructors Station, Support Joint Scenarios And Provide Good Opportunities For Real-Time Management, Recording, Documentation And Evaluation Of Exercises. It Is Also Desirable To Have Flexibility For Future Expansions And Integrations, Including The Option Of A Fisheries Module. The Assignment Includes Further Training In Use And Operation, Documentation, Proposals For Room Solutions And Any Requirements For Infrastructure, As Well As A Service And Maintenance Agreement With Support And Access To Spare Parts.
