The Current Area Is From 2006 And Is Not Sufficiently Updated For Todays Needs And Guidelines. The Planning Work Is Extensive And Complex. The Municipality Has A Large Existing Planning System With Approximately 251 Current Area Plans, Including Several Municipal Sub-Plans, Which Must Be Assessed In The Work On The New Kpa. This Creates A Need For Clear Management, Good Coordination And Strong Planning Expertise Throughout The Process. The Procurement Is Carried Out To Ensure Sufficient Capacity, Execution Ability And Planning Professional Management In A Strategically Important Work. The Municipality Needs An Experienced Senior Project Manager Who Can Lead The Process, Collect Internal And External Contributions And Contribute To Good Progress, High Quality And Clear Political Anchoring. The Project Manager Must Function As An Integrated Part Of The Municipalitys Organization And Have The Role Of The Municipalitys Project Manager Throughout The Planning Process.
