2026-37 Execution And Legalization Work Modification Gas Oil Installation And Expansion Of Storage Capacity In The Cluster I And Hèlix Buildings.The Object Of This Contract Is The Execution And Legalization Of The Modification Work Of The Diesel Oil Facility And Expansion Of The Storage Capacity In The Cluster I And Helix Buildings Of The Barcelona Science Park. This Action Is Carried Out On A Turnkey Basis And Includes The Following Main Activities And Services:• Dismantling And Waste Management: Partial Removal Of The Existing Installation, Including The Safe Dismantling Of Obsolete Equipment And The Correct Management Of Hazardous Waste (Rafe) In Accordance With Current Environmental Regulations.• Supply And Installation: Manufacturing, Supply, Transport And Unloading Of New Approved Tanks And Pipes, Accessories And Diesel Equipment, Including Subsequent Assembly, Assembly And Commissioning.• Connection And Integration: Hydraulic Connection To The Existing Systems That Are Maintained In Service (Lung Tank And Pipe Section), Upgrade Of Pumping Equipment And Incorporation Of An Advanced Control And Monitoring System For Remote Management.• Civil Works And Tests: Execution Of Necessary Civil Works, Supply Facilities And Necessary Auxiliary Facilities, As Well As The Performance Of Regulatory Tests Of Operation And Airtightness And Certification Of The Same.• Processing And Legalization: Eca Inspection Of The Facility, Correction Of Variations In The Plans Of The Executive Project According To The Final Installation Carried Out And Processing Of The Legalization Of The Department Of Industry For Its Definitive Commissioning.
