The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 8 Pieces Of Brand New, Unused And Complete Equipment Intended For Local Startup, Prototyping, Testing, Fine-Tuning And Inference Of Artificial Intelligence Models, In Particular Large Language Models (Llm), Without The Need To Use External Computing Resources In The Basic Scope Of Work. 3. The Equipment Must Come From A Legal Distribution Channel, Be Admitted To Trading In The European Union And Have The Markings And Documents Required By Regulations Applicable To The Given Type Of Equipment. 4. The Offered Equipment Must Be Covered By At Least A 36-Month Manufacturers Warranty. Warranty Services Will Be Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment Or An Authorized Service Indicated By Him In This Respect. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. 5.
