The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Design, Development, Implementation And Commissioning Of The Digital Public Services Platform Of Anad, A Software Solution With A Unitary And Interdependent Character, Composed Of Modules That Communicate With Each Other Directly, In Real Time, With A Unique Approach Including Analysis, Development, Testing, Implementation, Training And Post-Implementation Technical Support. The Following Specific Objectives Will Be Pursued Through This Acquisition: • Analysis And Design Of The It System, With Documentation Of The Technical And Functional Architecture; • Development, Configuration And Integration Of Software Modules, With Electronic Workflows And Electronic Management Of Documents, Including Workflows For Operations On Documents (Signing, Approval, Allocation); • Development Of The Public Portal And The Electronic Registry, As Well As A Mobile Application; • The Implementation Of A Virtual Assistant (Chatbot) And Artificial Intelligence/Automatic Learning Components, With Support For The Romanian Language, Including For The Automatic Identification Of Similar Problems; • Supply, Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of Hardware Equipment (Workstations, Laptops, Servers, Network Equipment, Printers, Scanners, Ups) And Related Software Licenses; • Configuration And Operationalization Of The Private/Governmental Cloud Infrastructure In Which The Solution Is Hosted; • Implementation Of Cyber Security Solutions And Services, Including Mdr/Soc Managed Services Provided From The European Union; • Interoperability With Other It Systems Of The Institutions That Benefit From Anad Services And Historical Data Migration; • Testing, Training The Staff Of The Contracting Authority, Receiving And Putting The Solution Into Operation; • Providing Warranty Services, Technical Support And Post-Implementation Maintenance.
