Communication Land-Line Rental – Operation Of The Gigabit Network In The Municipality Of Schemmerhofen. As Part Of The Funded Expansion Of The Gray Spots In Accordance With The Federal Governments Gigabit Guideline 2.0 (Operator Model According To No. 3.2), The Municipality Of Schemmerhofen Is Building A Passive Fiber Optic Network (Fttb) In The Municipal Area. The Municipality Carries Out The Planning And Construction Of The Passive Network Separately. The Grid Commissioning Is Currently Scheduled For 2030. According To The Non-Binding Forecast (Appendix 2 Description Of Tasks, Customer Potential And Route Concept, Section 3.4.2), The Expansion Area Is Expected To Include Around 810 Addresses. The Municipality Does Not Provide Network Operation Services Or Internet And Telecommunications Services Itself. The Subject Of This Tender Is Therefore The Leasing Of The Passive Fiber Optic Network To A Network Operator Who, By Means Of A Service Concession, Ensures Network Operation, Including The Development And Operation Of The Active Technology, And Provides Internet And Telecommunications Services, Also As A Bundled Offer, To Private And Commercial End Customers. The Network Operator Is Also Responsible For Granting Open Network Access With Active And Passive Wholesale Products; The Wholesale Prices Set Bindingly By The Federal Government With The Participation Of The Federal Network Agency Are Considered The Upper Limit.
