The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services, Including Works In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Nursery And Seed Management, Nature Protection, Christmas Tree Harvesting And Maintenance Of Tourist Infrastructure, To Be Performed In The Wołów Forest District In 2027. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, Pzp), Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. The Material Scope Of The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contracts Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Exceed 80% Of This Order.
