This Facility Will Be Constructed As A Functional Whole, The Individual Elements Of Which Will Be Interconnected And Will Influence The Quality Of Functioning Of The Whole. The Division Of Supervisory Functions Among Several Independent Contractors Could Result In: 1) Blurring Of Responsibility And The Risk Of Competence Disputes; 2) Reduced Efficiency Due To The Need For Additional Arrangements Between Individual Contractors Involved In The Implementation Of The Investment, The Risk Of Possible Delays And An Increase In Organizational Costs On The Part Of The Ordering Party And Their Impact On Aspects Related To The Financing Of The Investment; 3) Reduced Quality And Effectiveness Of The Actions Taken Due To The Lack Of A Comprehensive Picture Of The Situation On The Part Of The Investment Supervision Function. The Extensive Involvement Of One Contractor Will Allow Him To Comprehensively Assess The Activities In The Full Scope And At All Stages Of Work, Provide Consistent Assessments And Recommendations For Effective Activities. For Organizational, Cost And Technical Reasons, The Division Of The Order Would Be Unfavorable For The Ordering Party.6) The Contract Engineer Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For His Business Activities In The Field Of Investor Supervision For A Guarantee Amount Of Pln 15,000,000.00 (Oc Insurance), Covering In Particular Liability Professional Contract Of The Contract Engineer For Performing The Function Of The Contract Engineer And Performing The Duties Specified In § 3, § 4, § 6, § 17 And § 18 Of Chapter V Of The Swz Contract Template. The Contract Engineer Presented The Ordering Party With Proof Of Liability Insurance Before Concluding The Agreement. The Contract Engineer Is Obliged To Have Third Party Liability Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, I.E. Until The End Of Stage Iii, And Without Prior Notice, Provide The Ordering Party With Proof Of Having Third Party Liability Insurance At Its Disposal Whenever The Insurance Contract Would Expire During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement.
