Quotation are invited for Provision of Security Service for the District Secretariat, Matara (Including the Official Residence of Government Agent) and 16 Divisional Secretariats for the Year 2027 Value of Bid Security - Rs.:400,000.00 Completed quotations could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to "District Secretary, District Secretariat, Matara" or placed in the Tender Box kept in the Official Room of the District Secretary marked as "Accounts Division", to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 19.10.2026. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids received will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 19.10.2026 immediately after closing of bids and bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the bid opening. Bids with shortcomings will be rejected and the Procurement Committee retains the right to either accept or reject bids in its entirety.
