Engineering Services – General Planning Of New Construction Of Waste Incineration Plant. The Incineration Line Will Be Located On The Site Adjacent To The Existing Plant With A Capacity Of Approximately 200,000 Tons Per Year. The New Construction Will Take Place Parallel To The Operation Of The Existing System, Which Will Only Be Shut Down Once The New System Has Been Commissioned. The Technical Feasibility Has Already Been Examined. The Entire Project Planning For The New Building Is Hereby Put Out To Tender As Part Of A General Planning Contract. The Scope Of The Planning Services Is Considered To Be Comprehensive And Includes All Planning Activities That Are Necessary To Achieve The New Building (E.G. Review Of Studies, Preliminary And Draft Planning, Tender Planning, Procurement Support, Approval Planning, Detailed Planning And Execution Planning, Interface Coordination, Quality Assurance, Documentation, Construction Management, Construction Supervision, Commissioning Coordination, Support Of Trial Operation And Performance Drives, Training, Scheduling And Control, Acceptance With Processing Of Remaining Points). It Covers Service Phases 1 - 8 Based On The Hoai. The New Incinerator Is Expected To Begin Commercial Operation In 2032. The General Planning Contract To Be Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contractor) Will Run Until The Completion Of The Commissioned Service Phases. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Stage 4 Before Stage 3. The Client Is Not Obliged To Commission The Next Stage. The Stages Will Only Be Commissioned If The Responsible Committees Of The Ag Agree To This. If The Approval/Committee Approval Is Refused, The Contractor Cannot Assert Any Claims, In Particular No Claims For Damages, Against The Client. The Client Is Also Entitled To Transfer The General Planning Contract To The Project Company Without The Consent Of The Contractor.
