The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Water Treatment Plant - Construction Of A Deep Water Intake Well For The Białków Water Treatment Plant (Area: 1 Białków, Plot Registration Number: 269/6, Registration Unit: 080501_5 Cybinka - Rural Area) Along With The Necessary Infrastructure.2.Detailed Scope Of Works Regarding, Among Others: 1) Drilling An Sw-4 Well With A Designed Depth Of 38 M On The Premises Of The Białków Water Treatment Plant, Together With The Construction Of A Filter Column, Making A Filter Backfill And Sealing The Hole, In Accordance With The Approved Geological Works Design; 2) Carrying Out Purification And Measurement Pumping, Disinfection Of The Well, Measurements And Soil And Water Tests Provided For In The Order Documentation, Along With Documenting Their Results; 3) Delivery And Assembly Submersible Pump With A Pressure Pipeline And Equipment;4) Construction Of An Above-Ground Well Casing With A Foundation, Well Head, Fittings, Measuring Devices, Ventilation, Heating And Securing Access To The Casing;5) Hardening Of The Area Around The Well Casing In The Form Of A Concrete Block Band, Along With The Substructure And Edges;6) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection Connecting The Well With The Existing Raw Water Installation Of The Suw, Along With Fittings, Connections, Earthworks And Assembly Works;7) Construction Of Power Supply, Measurement And Signaling Cable Lines Between The Well And The Suw Building, Together With Installations On The Well Side, Bringing Cables To The Existing Switchgear Room And Leaving A Reserve For Their Subsequent Connection;8) Carrying Out Tightness Tests, Rinsing And Disinfection Of Conduits Required By Documentation, As Well As Tests And Measurements Of Completed Installations, Along With Preparation Of Protocols;9) Providing Surveying Services Within The Scope Specified In Contract Documentation, Including Marking Out The Works And Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; 10) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works And Preparing And Submitting As-Built Documentation, Test And Measurement Results, Protocols And Documents Regarding The Installed Devices Required In The Order Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Connecting Cables To The Existing Switchgear Or Its Expansion, As Well As Developing An Addendum To The Hydrogeological Documentation. Excluding The Development Of The Add-On Does Not Release The Contractor From Performing The Tests And Measurements Covered By The Order And Submitting Their Results.In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is, Among Others: 1) Responsible For The Proper And Timely Performance Of The Scope Covered By The Contract, Including The Organization And Course Of Works, Their Quality And Compliance With The Order Documentation, Technical Requirements And Applicable Regulations, 2) Will Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documen
