The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Related To The Reconstruction And Restoration Of Floor Layers And The Construction And Replacement Of Sanitary Installations, As Well As The Protection Of Existing Electrical Installations, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And The Requirements Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Protection Of Existing Cables Located In The Floor By Making Covers Of Protective Pvc Pipes With A Diameter Of Up To 80 Mm, In A Way That Ensures Protection Of The Cables Against Mechanical Damage During The Execution Of The Works And During Subsequent Operation; 2) Construction Of New And Replacement Of Existing Cables And Pipes Of Sanitary Installations Running In The Floors, Along With Making The Necessary Connections, Approaches, Passages Through Building Partitions And Connecting To Existing Installations, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 3) Construction Of Pipes Discharging Sanitary Sewage Through The Walls And Foundations Of The Building To The Outside Of The Building, Together With The Construction Of Passages Through Partitions, Their Appropriate Sealing And Ensuring Protection Of The Installation In Places Where It Passes Through Structural And Building Elements, In Accordance With The Technical Design; 4) Renovation Of The Sewage System: A) Dismantling The Old Cast-Iron Sewage System, B) Replacing And Tidying Up The Sanitary Sewage System Run Mainly Under The Floor In The Basement Of The Building By Laying New Pipes And Replacing Existing Sanitary Pipes In The Floors, Including Outlet Pipes Sanitary Sewage Through The Walls And Foundations Of The Building Outside The Building - According To The Technical Design Constituting An Integral Part Of The Project, C) Incorporating The Existing Risers Into The New Sewage System Through New Pipelines On The Basement Floor; 5) Implementation Of Moisture And Waterproof Insulation To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, Using Materials With The Required Technical Properties And Approved For Use In Construction; 6) Construction Of New Floors Together With The Substructure And Insulation, Including In Particular: A) Preparation And Cleaning Of The Subfloor, B) Execution Of The Required Foundation, C) Execution Of Insulating Layers, D) Execution Of Floor Layers, E) Execution Of Necessary Expansion Joints And Seals, F) Reconstruction Of Floor Surfaces In Accordance With The Design Documentation;7) Finishing Works: A) Execution Of New Cement Screeds, B) Thermal Insulation And Waterproofing Of Floors;8) Performance Of All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Performance Of The Necessary Demolition Of Existing Floor Layers And Installations, B) Securing Existin
