The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize A Trip For Employees Of The Health Care Team With Co-Financing From The Companys Social Benefits Fund - Cruise Around The Canary Islands2. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Ordering Party Will Each Time Confirm The Implementation Of The Event 30 Days Before The Date Of The Trip. B) It Is Possible To Prepay Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Confirmed Event. The Final Settlement Will Be Made Within 14 Days After The End Of The Event.C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Coach At Least One Hour Before The Planned Departure.D) If The Coach Provided By The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Drive Due To Its Poor Technical Condition, The Contractor Will Provide Another Technically Efficient Coach Within 15 Minutes Of The Planned Departure.E) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Seating Arrangement In The Coach Two Weeks Before The Agreed Departure Date.F) The Contractor (Coach Driver) Is Obliged To Have A Current (Issued No Earlier Than 1 Month Before The Departure Date) Technical Condition Report Of The Inspected Vehicle Issued By The Police Or A Car Service Station. The Contractor Sends A Copy Of The Report To The Ordering Party 5 Days Before The Planned Departure. G) The Ordering Party May Submit To The Police A Request To Check The Drivers Sobriety On The Day Of Departure. H) The Tour Leader Is Obliged, Before The End Of The Trip, To Settle Accounts With The Tour Participants For The Money Collected From Them For The Trips.
