The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Renovation Of Wellness Rooms, 2) Construction Of External And Internal Natural Gas Installations For The Gas Boiler Room Located In The Indoor Swimming Pool Building, Which Will Supply Heat To The Wellness Rooms Located In The Above-Mentioned Building Along With The Boiler Room Equipment. 3) Insulation Of The Buildings Flat Roof4) Relocation And Installation Of Hydrotherapy Devices Currently Used By The Ordering Party In Another Location (In Another Facility). 2. Whenever A Trademark, Own Name Or Manufacturers Name Of A Device (Product) Is Indicated In The Order Documentation, It Means The Indicated Device (Product) Or An Equivalent Product. A Device That Provides At Least Comparable Functional, Technical, Safety, Clinical Purpose And Quality Parameters, Enabling The Implementation Of All Treatments And Functionalities Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And Its Annex, Is Considered Equivalent. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence In The Offer By Presenting A Technical Specification, Catalog Card Or Other Manufacturers Document.3.The Scope Of This Procedure Covers The Following Works: 1) Renovation Of The Wellness Rooms Described In The Pfu - Functional And Utility Program For The Renovation Of The Wellness And Rehabilitation Rooms Of The Cos Opo In Spała. 2) Construction Of External And Internal Natural Gas Installations For The Gas Boiler Room Located In The Indoor Swimming Pool Building; This Boiler Room Will Supply Heat To The Wellness Rooms In This Building. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Design For The Construction Of An External And Internal Gas Installation For The Needs Of A Gas Boiler Room For Wellness Rooms Located In The Indoor Swimming Pool Building And The Construction Permit Held By The Ordering Party. 3) Insulation Of The Flat Roof Of The Renovation Building In Accordance With The Description In The Energy Audit, 4) Dismantling From The Current Place Of Use, Moving To The Renovated Rooms And Connecting 7 Hydrotherapy Devices (Bathtubs, Centrifuges) In Accordance With The Assumptions Shown In The Ffu And The Description In The Annex To The Ffu. 4.
