1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation Of The Area Along With Maintenance Cuts, Pedestrian Routes And Irrigation As Part Of The Project Titled: Protection Of Biodiversity And Improvement Of The Microclimate Around The Wmccp Hospital Infrastructure - Stage I, Under Co-Financing Under Agreement Fewm.02.12-Iż.00-0002/25, Priority Fewm.02 Environment, Measure Fewm.02.12 Protection Of Biodiversity Of The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of The Area For Planting, B) Maintenance Cuts, C) Construction Of Pedestrian Paths, D) Delivery And Installation Of An Automatic Irrigation System. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 1A To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz. 4. The Irrigation Device Offered Should Be Brand New, Not Exhibition And Unused, Not Reconditioned, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Manage Waste Generated During Or In Connection With The Execution Of The Order In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations. 6. Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires A Detailed Local Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Service Covered By The Order In Order To Obtain All Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. Each Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For The Consequences Of Failure To Or Incorrect Identification Of The Terms Of Contract Execution And The Condition Of The Work Site. Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, An Offer Submitted Without An On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected. The Contractor Will Attach Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit, Including The Signature Of The Ordering Partys Representative, To The Offer According To Its Own Template. 7.
