1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Expansion Of A Public Municipal Road In The Town Of Piękna Góra, Giżycko Commune, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Final Decision Of The Starosta Of Giżycko No. 5.2024 Of August 30, 2024 (Reference Number Wb.6740.1.3.2024) On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, As Amended By Decisions No. 6.2024 Of November 29, 2024 And No. 2.2025 Of April 30, 2025 (Final Decision Of June 9, 2025), And In Accordance With The Construction Design (Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design) Of November 2024. The Investment Is Being Carried Out On Plot No. 119/6 (Registration District 0022 Wrony), Constituting A Right-Of-Way Of A Municipal Road, With Plots No. 1/140, 35/10 And 1/139 Taken Over For The Giżycko Commune. The Length Of The Designed Road Section Is 201.0 M (166.0 M + 35.0 M). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Completely Close Traffic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Constant, Safe Passability Of The Road Throughout The Duration Of The Works, With Particular Emphasis On Ensuring Continuous, Safe Access To The Premises Of The Ośrodek Gwarek Enterprise And To All Properties Located Along The Rebuilt Section.
