1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation And Expansion Of The Existing Skate Park At Ul. Braterstwa Broni 3 In Sieradz, On Plots No. 5557/13 And 228/34, In Accordance With The Design Documentation.2. As Part Of The Order, The Following Activities Should Be Performed: - Dismantling The Existing Concrete Obstacles Bank Ramp, Funbox And Quarter Pipe Along With Repairing The Skate Park Slab After Dismantling, - Comprehensive Renovation Of Existing Skate Park Equipment, Including Replacing And Supplementing The Running Layers, Fastening And Steel Elements As Well As Carrying Out Maintenance And Finishing Works, - Renovation Of The Bench And Renovation Of The Regulation Board, - Delivery And Installation Of New Skate Park Equipment: Wall, Flybox + Spine And Roll-In, - Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation With A Geodetic Inventory Map. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. All Works And Devices Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And The Pn-En 14974: 2019-07 Standard Skate Parks. Safety Requirements And Test Methods Or Equivalent.
