The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Obtain Appropriate Approval And Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Restore Permanent Traffic Organization, 5) Make The Road Crossings Using The Trenchless Method - Jacking, After The Works In The Green Belts, Supplement With Topsoil And Sow With A Grass Mixture, But The Thickness Of The Topsoil Layer Cannot Be Less Than 10 Cm, 6) Agree The Date Of Closing The Road For The Duration Of The Works With The Commune Office And The Nadwiślańska Bus Transport. 7) Perform An As-Built Inventory, 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation, Which Must Include, Among Others: Test Report, Technical Approvals For The Materials Used, Photographic Documentation, Etc. 9) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Familiarize Himself With The Area And The Planned Scope Of Works To Be Performed Before Submitting The Offer.
