The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete Demolition Of Buildings And Structures Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure Located In The Town Of Słowieńsko, Sławoborze Commune, Świdwiński Poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Plot No. 71/27, Słowieńsko District, I.E.: 1) Cowshed - Inventory Number: 00105/91-05 (Land Registry Number: 108), 2) Barn – Inventory No.: 00105/47-05 (Land Registry No. 126),3) Pigsty-Fattening House – Inventory No.: 00105/88-05 (Land Registry No. 133),4) Parts Warehouse – Inventory No.: 00105/56A (Land Registry No. 133),5) Workshop - Inventory No.: 00105/60-05 (Land Registry No. 157),6) Weighing Building With Cart Scales - Inventory No.: 00105/582 (Land Registry No. 115),7) Paved Roads - Inventory No.: 00105/113. The Scope Of Demolition Works Includes: 1) Complete Demolition Of Buildings And Structures Together With Floors And Foundations, And Accompanying Infrastructure – Such As Slurry Tanks, Septic Tanks, Loading Ramps, Etc. – Used To Service The Above-Mentioned Facilities, 2) Backfilling Of Excavations With Native Soil, 3) Tidying Up And Clearing The Area Of Rubble And Other Remains After Demolition, 4) Removing And Disposing Of Demolition Materials And Disposing Of Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Waste Act (Note: Asbestos And Waste Paper); 5) Planting To The Level Of The Surrounding Area, 6) Delivery Within A Period No Longer Than 40 Days From The Date Of Signing Final Report Of The Works Of The As-Built Geodetic And Cartographic Inventory With Changes Introduced After The Liquidation Of The Facilities, Along With A Statement From An Authorized Surveyor On Obtaining A Positive Result Of The Verification Of The Technical Report In The Relevant District Office Or Confirmed By The Locally Competent District Office.
