The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Ramp For Snow Removal For Trucks At The Wierzbnik Mop Near The A4 Motorway, Along With Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Infrastructure In Question, Including: Islands, Parking Space, Road Safety Devices, Signage, Lighting, And All Works Necessary To Achieve Full Functionality Of The Facility Resulting From The Developed Documentation. The Following Works And Services Should Be Performed In Particular As Part Of The Order: • Conducting An Inventory And Reconnaissance Of The Area Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation, • Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, • Obtaining Geodetic Studies And Other Materials For The Purposes Of Design To The Extent Necessary, • Dismantling Existing Conflicting Devices, Road Signs Or Infrastructure, • Securing And Marking Places During The Execution Of The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, • Presenting The Ordering Party With Preliminary Design Solutions, Taking Into Account The Materials And Devices Used, For Approval, • Developing Design Documentation For The Construction Of Places For Snow Removal For Trucks, Along With All The Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Infrastructure In Question, Including, Among Others: Islands, Parking Space, Road Safety Devices, Signage, Lighting, And All Works Necessary To Achieve Full Functionality Of The Facility Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation - Detailed Solutions Will Be Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Investment Contractor Along With Possible Arrangements Resulting From The Construction Law, Consisting Of: A) Design Documentation To The Necessary Extent, B) Permanent Traffic Organization Design C) Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Detailed Solutions Will Be Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Investment Contractor.• Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits Required For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Including: A) Effective Notification Of Works/Building Permit (Effective Construction Consent), If Required, • Implementation Of Construction Works With All Accompanying Works Resulting From The Developed And Agreed Design Documentation To The Necessary Extent, • Development Of As-Built Documentation Containing All Elements Of Technical Documentation And As-Built Surveying Inventory.
