The Service Concerns: 1) Twenty-Two Ambulances Built On A Chassis: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 319 Cdi, Year Of Production 2014-2018 - 3.88 T Gvw - 10 Pcs., Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 419 Cdi, Year Of Production 2018-2021 - 4.10 T Gvw - 12 Pcs.2) Two Passenger Cars: Skoda Octavia, Year Of Production 2022, Ford Tourneo, Year Of Production 2014. The Service Includes The Following Services: 1) Package I: Engine Oil Change According To The Mb 228.51A Standard, Vw 504.00/507.00, Ford Wss-M2c913-Dreplacement Of Filters: Oil, Air, Dust, Fuel (The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Filters From The Manufacturer Of Particular Brands Or Filters From Other Manufacturers Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Cars Covered By The Proceedings)2) Package Ii: Service Of The Front Axle Brakes, Including The Replacement Of Brake Pads And Discs (For Replacement, Materials From The Manufacturer Of Particular Brands Or Other Manufacturers Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Cars Covered By The Proceedings Must Be Used)3) Package Iii: Service Of The Brakes Front Axle, Including Replacement Of Brake Pads (For Replacement, Materials From The Manufacturer Of Individual Brands Or Other Manufacturers Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Cars Concerned Should Be Used)4) Package Iv: Servicing Of Rear Axle Brakes, Including Replacement Of Pads, Discs And Auxiliary Brake Shoes (For Replacement, Materials From The Manufacturer Of Individual Brands Or Other Manufacturers Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Cars Concerned Should Be Used)5) Package V: Servicing Of Rear Axle Brakes, Including Replacement Of Pads (For Replacement, Materials From The Manufacturer Of Individual Brands Should Be Used Or Other Manufacturers Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Cars Covered By The Proceedings) To Confirm The Performance Of The Above Activities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Invoice A Vehicle Inspection Sheet Completed And Signed By The Mechanic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Man-Hour Rate That Will Apply To The Settlement Of Workshop Services Not Covered By The Packages Listed In Point 5.3. Points 1-5. The Contractor Will Commence The Service Or Repair After Taking Over The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of The Handover And Acceptance Protocol (Order Protocol) Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor On The Day Of Takeover. The Delivery Of Missing Spare Parts May Not Exceed 24 Hours (In Poland). The Waiting Time For Importing Missing Parts From Abroad May Not Exceed 10 Business Days. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Computer Register Of Repairs Performed And Spare Parts Used. The Place Of Performance Of The Activities That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Measured By The Shortest Route Using
