Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Comprehensive All-Day Patient Nutrition Service Along With The Rental Of Kitchen And Buffet Rooms

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive All-Day Feeding Services For Patients Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Augustów, Along With The Lease Of Kitchen And Buffet Rooms. 2. The Contractor Implements The Subject Of The Contract Using The Ordering Partys Premises On The Basis Of A Separate Lease Agreement - Annex No. 2A To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Equip The Kitchen And Buffet With All Equipment, Devices, Fixtures And Accessories Necessary For The Proper And Timely Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equipment Purchased By The Contractor To Complete The Order Becomes The Property Of The Contractor.4. The Costs Of Purchase, Delivery, Assembly, Maintenance And Possible Replacement Of Equipment Are Borne By The Contractor.5. The Selection Of Nutrients For Individual Diets, Taking Into Account Disease Entities, Will Be Made By A Dietician Employed By The Contractor, With Confirmed Qualifications, Who Will Be Responsible For The Appropriate Nutrient Content And Caloric Value Of The Prepared Meals.6. Meals Should Be Prepared From High-Quality, Fresh Products Taking Into Account Current Nutritional Standards, Respectively For Children And Adults.7. The Contractor Must Have And Implement The Hacap, Gmp, Ghp System, In Accordance With The Applicable Food And Nutrition Safety Act Of August 25, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), Obliging All Mass Catering Establishments To Implement The Above-Mentioned System. The Ordering Party May Require The Contractor To Present Appropriate Documents Confirming Possession Of The Above-Mentioned System. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Run The Buffet For At Least 6 Hours From Monday To Friday.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Provide Catering Services To External Entities.10. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Amount Of Rent In The Amount Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Lease Agreement - Annex 2A To The Swz. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Charged With Operating Fees Related To The Use Of The Leased Item, Including Fees For The Use Of Utilities. The Amount Of These Fees Is Indicated In § 3 Section 7 Of Annex No. 2A To The Swz - Template Of The Lease Agreement.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. Meals Intended For Patients Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of A Menu Developed By A Dietitian, Ensuring Variety Of Dishes And Balancing The Value Of Nutrients In The Diet.14. The Menu Will Be Pr
