Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of An Access Road To The Property From Property No. 5 To 7E In Żuków As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Construction Of An Internal Road In Żuków From Property No. 5 To 7E. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Development Of Two Concepts Of The Designed Road (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment Received During The Tender Procedure). 2) Stage Ii: A) Conducting Consultations And Selecting The Final Concept Design By The Ordering Party.3) Stage Iii: A) Execution Of A Construction Design (To The Extent Necessary To Obtain The Right To Carry Out Construction Works) In Accordance With: - Design Guidelines Specified By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Conducting The Contract Award Procedure And The Final Design Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, - Requirements Of This Contract, - Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law And Its Implementing Acts, B) Preparation And Submission Of Application(S) For Issuing Decisions For All Parts/Stages Investment. However, In The Event Of Withdrawal Or Suspension Of The Proceedings Without The Ordering Partys Consent, The Submission Of The Application Is Deemed To Be The Date Of Re-Submission Of The Application (Applications) To The District Office. 4) Stage Iv: A) Preparation Of The Technical Design, B) Development Of Other Documents In This Scope Of The Contract, C) Obtaining For The Ordering Party The Right To Carry Out Construction Works For All Parts/Stages Of The Investment.
