The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Solid Fuel - Wood Pellets, Delivered By A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Pellets - Unloading Using A Pneumatic Connector, To Two Boiler Rooms At The Public Primary School In Surów - Approximately 37 Tons And The Public Primary School In Czarnia - Approximately 100 Tons2.The Seller Is Obliged To Deliver Solid Fuel - Pellets, With The Following Parameters: A) Diameter 6 Mm ± 1, B) Length From 31 To 40 Millimeters, C) Bulk Density Above 600 Kg/M3, D) Calorific Value Equal To Or Above 17 Mj/Kg, E) Humidity Below 10%, F) Ash Content Below 0.5%, G) Fine Particles Below 0.5%,3.Delivery By Vehicle Adapted To Transport Pellets, Unloading Using A Pneumatic Connector - Connector Length Min. 5M.4.The Pellets Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Means Of Transport At His Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Unload Pellets.5.The Approximate Amount Of Pellets Delivered Is 137 Tons, This Amount Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party And May Be Increased Or Decreased. This Cannot Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Bring Any Claims.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Certificate Of The Delivered Pellets With Each Delivery.7. The Contractor Ensures That The Pellets Delivered Will Be Of Appropriate Quality And Will Have A Din Plus Or En Plus A1 Certificate. In The Event Of Any Reservations Raised By The Ordering Party Regarding The Required Parameters, The Ordering Party Will Order Tests Of The Delivered Pellets To Ensure That They Meet The Required Quality Standards. If The Tests Show Failure To Meet Quality Standards, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of The Tests.
