1. Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of An Access Road At Ul. Błękitna In Sobin As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Construction Of Ul. Błękitna In Sobin Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Road Along With The Development Of A Road Lane With A Length Of Approx. 350 M. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Development Of Two Concepts Of The Designed Road (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment Received During The Procedure Tender).2) Stage Ii: A) Conducting Consultations And Selection Of The Final Design Concept By The Ordering Party.3) Stage Iii: A) Execution Of The Construction Design (To The Extent Necessary To Obtain The Right To Carry Out Construction Works) In Accordance With: - Design Guidelines Specified By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Conducting The Contract Award Procedure And The Final Design Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, - The Requirements Of This Contract, - Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Act And Its Implementing Acts, B) Preparation And Submission Of Application(S) For Issuing Decisions For All Parts/Stages Of The Investment. However, In The Event Of Withdrawal Or Suspension Of The Proceedings Without The Ordering Partys Consent, The Date Of Re-Submission Of The Application (Applications) To The District Office Is Deemed To Have Been Submitted. 4) Stage Iv: A) Preparation Of The Technical Design, B) Development Of Other Documents In This Scope Of The Contract, C) Obtaining The Right To Carry Out Construction Works For All Parts/Stages Of The Investment For The Ordering Party.
