The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Of Rebuilding 27 Pedestrian Crossings In Order To Improve Road Traffic Safety, Along With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, I.E. A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works - Depending On The Scope Of The Planned Works, As Well As Carrying Out Authors Supervision. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project No. Fenx.03.01-Ip.02-0020/24 Entitled Development Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Through The Construction Of Transfer And P&R Centers With Accompanying Infrastructure And The Expansion Of The Its System In The Municipalities Of The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Wałbrzych, Boguszów-Gorce, Czarny Bór, Dobromierz, Głuszyca, Jedlina-Zdrój, Mieroszów, Szczawno-Zdrój, Stare Bogaczowice, Walim, Świebodzice, As Well As Under The Budget Task. The Subject Of The Agreement Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Used To Describe The Public Procurement For The Performance Of Construction Works, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works, 2) Stage Ii - Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of This Agreement.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
