1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service (Hereinafter: Work) Consisting In Replacing The Lighting In The Cbśp Building Located On The Premises Of The Opp In Łódź At Ul. Pienista 71, Consisting In Particular In: 1) Dismantling Old Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Fixtures; 2) Installing Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures; 3) Disposing Of All Old Dismantled Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Fixtures; 4) Performing Electrical Measurements Together With Lighting Intensity Measurements In Accordance With Applicable Standards.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Qualified Staff With Appropriate Knowledge, Practice And Authorizations To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order.3.Detailed Conditions For The Execution And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Template Agreement - Annex No. 10 To Swz.4.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Should Plan The Implementation Of The Work In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Disruption To The Operation Of The Unit And Disorganization Of Work. All Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions Must Be Maintained. Required By Applicable Regulations. After Completing A Specific Stage Of Work On A Given Day, Cleaning Work Must Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis. Elements And Equipment Must Not Be Left Without Proper Protection. The Area Around The Work Site Should Be Appropriately Marked And Secured To Limit People Moving Around The Area During The Work.5.The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum.6.The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quality Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement (Swz). These Annexes And Other Provisions Of The Swz Constitute The Basis Necessary For The Valuation And Determination Of The Technology Of The Subject Of The Order And The Standard Of The Elements Used.7.Material Solutions Are Described In The Opz - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Are Indicated In The Content Of The Opz, The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions That They Are To Meet. The Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Brands Or Manufacturers Names Indicating Origin Only Determine The Class Of The Product. The Offer May Include Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Technical, Quality Parameters And Performance
