As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: - A Temporary Traffic Organization Design Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals, - Implementation And Maintenance Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, - Tree Felling, - Demolition Works, - A Bicycle Path, - Routes. Pedestrians, - Separating Strip, - Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, - Retaining Wall, - Reconstruction Of Exits, - Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, - Construction Of Rainwater Sewage System, - Service Channel, - Security Of Telecommunication Networks, - Security Of Gas Networks, - Video Monitoring With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Service Channel And Power Supply), - Necessary Reconstruction Of Infrastructure Adjacent To The Investment Area In Order To Establish The Height And Situation, - Preparation And Implementation Of The Target Traffic Organization (Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Road Safety Devices And Traffic Lights) Along With Sim Marking, - Restoring The Development Of The Area Adjacent To Its Original State.2.Social Aspects: Construction Of Bicycle Infrastructure From The Kani Roundabout To Ul. Chorzowska In Katowice Will Improve The Safety Of Road Users, In Particular Cyclists, But Also Pedestrians And Cars, By Separating Individual User Groups.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 2) Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; 4) Bill Of Quantities/Cost Estimate Form Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz; 5) Detailed Description Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz; 4. Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period.
