The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials To The Construction Site And Their Storage In The Place Provided By The User, 2) Dismantling Works, 3) Execution Of Construction Works, 4) Installation Of Freon Installation, 5) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, 6) Modernization Of The Mechanical Ventilation Installation, 7) Installation Of Thermal Insulation Installation,8) Installation Of The Condensate Drainage System,9) Installation Of Accessories,10) Installation And Connection Of Devices,11) Test Run,12) Inspections And Acceptances,13) Finishing Works (Filling, Painting With Emulsion Paints),14) Staff Training In The Operation Of Air Conditioning Devices,15) Registration Of Devices In The Central Register Of Operators (Cro),16) Free Warranty Inspections Throughout The Warranty Period, Including Making Post-Inspection Entries In The Central Register Of Operators (Cro),17) Free Post-Warranty Inspection Within 14 Days Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period. Bill Of Quantities. Works Attached To The Above-Mentioned Documentation Is Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature. Errors In The Bill Of Quantities Cannot Be The Reason For The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party.2.The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Following Circumstances When Preparing The Offer And Subsequent Performance Of The Works: 2.1.The Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Are Provided By The Contractor.2.2.Restoration Of The Rooms After Completion Of The Works To The Condition Before The Works Were Performed, If They Are Damaged By The Contractors Employees.2.3.Equivalent Solutions May Be Used Provided That The Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation.2.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Accompanying Works Necessary To Achieve The Subject Of This Order, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Documentation.3.Warranty.3.1.The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Completed Construction Works As Well As The Delivered And Installed Materials And Devices For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Parties.3.2.The War
