4.3.Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Roads, I.E.: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road - Ul. Leśna - Plot No. 991 In The Town Of Annopol - A Section With A Length Of Approximately 112 Meters.4.4.The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities - Included As Technical Documentation And Constitute Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. And Sst. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Sst4.5.The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Commissioning Must Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Polish Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
