Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The City And Commune Of Sanniki

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of 51 Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants Using Rotating Bed Technology, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 12566-3+A2:2013 Standard Or An Equivalent Standard In Terms Of The Required Technical And Operational Parameters. The Sewage Treatment Plants Will Be Located In Towns Within The City And Commune Of Sanniki. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Including Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Permits, As Well As Performing All Construction And Assembly Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of Biological Sewage Treatment Plants With Sanitary Sewage Connections From The Building, Discharge Of Treated Sewage, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Commissioning, And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. The Locations Of The Sewage Treatment Plants Are Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of 51 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Locations Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Within A Period Of Up To 4 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of Design Works, To Change The Number Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants Planned For Implementation, Including Reducing Their Number, But Not By More Than 12 (Up To 39 Treatment Plants) During The Same Period, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Locations Intended For The Implementation Of The Treatment Plants, In Particular In The Event Of Circumstances That Prevent Or Impede Their Implementation In The Locations Originally Indicated In The Fup. A Reduction In The Number Of Treatment Plants May Result In Particular From The Resignation Of The Property Owner From Participating In The Investment Implementation, Inability To Obtain The Required Consents, Technical Or Administrative Conditions, Inability To Construct A Treatment Plant On A Given Property Or Other Circumstances That Prevent Or Hinder The Construction Of A Treatment Plant In The Originally Indicated Location. The Ordering Party May Also Change The Location Of Individual Household Sewage Treatment Plants. If The Property Owner Resigns From Implementing The Investment, Changes The Location Or The Contractor Finds That The Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant In A Given Location Is Impossible Or Unjustified For Technical, Legal Or Formal Reasons, The Ordering Party May Indicate Another Location Where It Will Be Possible To Build The Treatment Plant In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Fup. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Changes Made By The Ordering Party In The Design Documentation And In The Further Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, While Maintaini
