A Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, The Scope Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of A Residential Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 51 In Płock, Covered By Investor Supervision, Includes Technical Documentation (Construction Design And Executive Designs), Obtained Decisions And Opinions, Requirements Of The Ordering Party Constituting Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Investment Area Is Located In Płock On Plots With Registration Numbers 537, 538 And 512/9 (Road Plot Ul. H. Sienkiewicza) Within The Registration Area No. 008 - Śródmieście At Ul. Sienkiewicza 51. Currently, On Plots No. 537 And 538 There Is A Building From The Second Half Of The 19Th Century - A Building Decommissioned. A Tenement House On A Rectangular Plan, Made Of Brick, Plastered, With A Gable Roof Covered With Corrugated Sheet Metal, 2-Story, With A Residential Attic. The Building Will Be Rebuilt And Expanded As Part Of Construction Works That Are Subject To Investor Supervision.4.
