Prequalifications are invited for Environmental and Social Management and Supervision Support for the Monitoring and Implementation of the Programmes Components Curitiba City Council makes public that it is negotiating a loan with KfW and intends to use part of these funds to cover eligible expenses under the Curitiba Carbon Neutral Programme Sustainable Mobility and Energy Efficiency, to contract specialised technical services for ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION SUPPORT for the monitoring and implementation of the programmes components, under the coordination of the Technical and Administrative Programme Management Unit (UTAG). The specialised consultancy services aim to provide a basis for procedures and offer technical and administrative advice to UTAG, ensuring compliance with the service specifications contained in the City Councils Specifications, the clauses and other contractual conditions of the loans, the definitions of the physical and financial schedules for the services to be contracted and the works, the regulatory and legal instruments relevant to the Environmental Policy in force in the national territory, as well as the guidelines established by the Operational and Environmental and Social Safeguards and Safety Policies adopted by the financial agent.
