Specific Objectives The assignment aims to: Provide appropriate assistive devices to the 60 verified beneficiaries according to their assessed needs. Ensure that devices supplied meet acceptable standards of quality, safety, functionality and durability. Ensure appropriate sizing, fitting, adjustment and customization where required. Provide practical demonstrations and individual or small-group training on the use of the devices. Train beneficiaries and/or caregivers on basic care, maintenance, storage and safety. Ensure that beneficiaries understand how to use their devices safely and independently to the greatest extent possible. Document the distribution and training of beneficiaries. 5. Scope of Work The successful supplier shall be responsible for the following: 5.1 Supply of Assistive Devices The supplier shall procure and deliver the specified assistive devices in accordance with the beneficiary assessment and specifications provided by ACROSS South Sudan. The devices shall be: New and unused. Of appropriate quality and durability. Suitable for the intended beneficiary and their assessed functional needs. Properly sized and fitted.
