Expression of Interest for Supply of a Used Toyota Pick-Up Double Cabin. Bids must include a financial proposal in RWF (taxes included), a vehicle profile with color photos, a logbook (Carte Jaune) copy, the owners ID/Passport (or RDB certificate), a valid inspection certificate, and a signed warranty commitment letter. Shortlisted vehicles will undergo mechanical assessment. AEE Rwanda will transfer payment within three working days after successful inspection and contract signing. Sealed envelopes marked "EOI FOR SUPPLY OF TOYOTA PICK-UP DOUBLE CABIN" must be hand-delivered to the AEE Rwanda Head Office, KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District.
