The Bidder shall have participated as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or subcontractor in at least two (2) contracts of similar size, each with minimum value of $5,600,000, that have been satisfactorily completed between 1 January 2016 and the bid submission deadline. The Bidder shall demonstrate participation and successful implementation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or subcontractor, within the last ten (10) years, in at least one (1) contract similar technical nature demonstrating experience in water supply systems of comparable rural/small-town water supply systems serving local administrative areas, multiple villages, communes, communities in environments comparable to the project site, including rural, remote, mountainous, or similar conditions, including water intake and source development, water treatment facilities ( 2,500 m3/day), transmission and distribution pipelines laying with a minimum cumulative length of 20 km, construction of water storage structures ( 500 m3), service connections and network appurtenances ( 300 connection), auxiliary buildings and supporting facilities (GFA 500 m2) with associated MEP works, testing and commissioning, and implementation of environmental, social, health, and safety (ESHS) measures. Compliance with the above experience requirements shall be demonstrated through signed contract agreements, taking-over certificates, completion certificates, interim payment certificates, and/or other documentary evidence acceptable to the Employer.
