Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/11630. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 26 October 2026at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 26 October 2026from 15.01 hours (Local time) till Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 13.30 hours.
