The Clients Intention Is To Convert The Building Of The Former Exchange Station At Vlčnovská Street 8A Into An Operational Building For Green Maintenance.• For The Purpose Of Construction Of The Operational Building For Green Maintenance, The Existing Building Of The Now Abandoned Exchange Station Will Be Used.• For The Construction Being Prepared, The Study Of The Operational Maintenance Building Prepared By Ing. Sheet Voluntary In 03/2026. The Study Is An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation.• In The Interior Of The Building, Social Facilities For Green Maintenance Workers Will Be Built (Locker Rooms With Social Facilities Divided Into Men And Women And A Common Day Room. The Building Will Also House A Garage For A Small Truck And Related Technical Equipment And A Warehouse For Small Maintenance Tools.• During Implementation, The Height Division Of The Buildings Floors Will Be Maintained.• The Perimeter Shell Of The Building Will Be Structurally Modified - Glass Areas Will Be Removed, The Entrance Door Will Be Added. The Perimeter Shell Will Be Supplemented With Linings. The Thermal Resistance Of The Peripheral Casing Will Correspond To The Applicable Regulations. • The Roof Sheathing Will Be Modified (Replenishment Of Thermal Insulation And New Waterproofing)• As Part Of The Works, Health Technical Installations (Hot And Cold Water Distribution, Sewage, Heating And Electrical Distribution) Will Be Solved. The Building Will Be Connected To Utility Networks By Existing Connections. They Will Not Be Structurally Modified Or Changed.• Drainage Of Rainwater Will Be Solved In The Existing Way. The Amount Of Rainwater Runoff Will Not Increase.• The Project Will Include A Static Assessment Of The Proposed Building.• The Project Will Include A Fire Safety Solution. The Requirements Resulting From It Will Be Incorporated Into Other Professions.• As Part Of The Project, The Entrance And Exit From The Local Road To Vlčnovská Street Will Be Solved. The Number Of Parking Spaces That Will Be Canceled As A Result Of The Approach And Exit From The Local Road To The Operational Building Will Be Minimized.• Further Details Of The Project Will Be Specified During The Initial Meeting With The Selected Designer. • In The Course Of Project Processing, At Least Two Control Days Will Be Held Outside Of The Initial Meeting, One Of Which Will Be Just Before The End Of The Design Work.• The Project Will Include A Sales Budget And A Blind Budget.
