Work Detail
The Municipality Of Tiel Has Decided To Leave The West Betuwe Business Management Organization (Bwb) And Has Chosen To Organize Its Business Operations, Including Ict And Information Provision (Iv), Fully Under Its Own Management And Control Again. The Plan Is For The Municipality To Be Completely Separated From Bwb As Of January 1, 2028. In The Intended Target Situation, The Municipality Wants To Purchase Its Ict And Iv As A Managed Service As Much As Possible. Initially, With The Unbundling From Bwb, Ict And Iv Will Be Taken Over As Much As Possible As-Is. This Means That We Assume The Current Application Landscape. By Means Of A European Tender Procedure (Non-Public), The Client Wants To Realize That The Technical It Services, Which Are Now Supplied To The Contracting Authority By The Bwb Partnership, Will Be Supplied By A Future Client From 1 January 2028. For More Information About The Assignment, See Chapter 1 Of The Selection Guidelines. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Is 4 Years. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Extend The Agreement 3 Times After The Initial Term For A Period Of 3 Years. The Total Duration Of The Agreement Will Not Exceed 13 Years And Will End By Operation Of Law At The End Of The Term.
