At The Request Of The Pagw Steering Group, The Board Of Government Advisors (Cra) And The Ecological Authority (Ea) Have Issued The Advice Building The Future Of The Dutch Delta On The Substantiation Of The Choice Of Measures For Improving The Water Quality And Resilient Nature Of The Large Waters, Period 2034-2050. In General, It Is Recommended To Use Spatial Quality As A Framework For Fulfilling The Ambition For Creating Added Value: Amenity Value, Future Value And User Value (Spatial Policy Document). It Is Indicated That Spatial Values ​​Must Be Clearly Visible In Order To Be Able To Estimate The Impact Of Measures On Them. Specific Attention Is Drawn To The Current Lack Of A Description Of Spatial Values ​​For The River Area And The Rhine, Meuse And Scheldt Estuaries. It Is Also Recommended That An Early Exploration Of Regional Ambitions And Tasks Be Used To Identify Measures That Can Function As A Lever For Improving Spatial Quality. The Basic Assignment Consists Of Developing The Spatial Values ​​For The Rivers Area And The Rhine, Meuse And Scheldt Estuaries, And Structuring And Making Available The Already Available Information On Spatial Values ​​For The Wadden Sea And The Ijsselmeer Area In A Comparable Manner. This Creates One Coherent, Unambiguous And Comparable Substantive Framework For All Major Waters. Depending On The Final Assignment, The Expected Size Of The Assignment Is Between €60,000 And €95,000 Excluding Vat, With The Value Depending On The Two Optional Follow-Up Assignments.
